MCH currently employees over 70 professional and direct care staff in 7 facilities and surrounding community. Employees scheduled to work 30 or more hours are eligible to participate in the MCH benefits program. MCH maintains an IRS section 125 plan providing employees with the option of having premiums withheld from pre-tax dollars when possible. Current benefits include:
