Residential Care
- 4 ICF-I/DD group homes
- 2 DDA group homes
MCH has 4 ICF-I/DD group homes in Macon and Jackson Counties. Our group homes serve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer active treatment, as well as, on-going training to promote independence. Each home has 6 beds and is located in a residential area. Our homes have 24-hour awake staff.
MCH also operates 2 DDA homes in Franklin. Training to promote independence is provided, and there is 24-hour staffing.
Day Program with ADVP
Macon Citizens Enterprises (MCE) is a day program for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, and have a funding source. Individuals may participate in paid work, job training, or participate in a retirement activity program for older adults with I/DD needs. MCE offers a unique fitness program, with a fully-equipped, supervised fitness center.
